How I collect it
Directly from you: when you book, buy a package, contact me or join my mailing list. My website also uses cookies, which help it work and show me how it’s used. They don’t identify you personally.
How I use it
To provide and manage your sessions, take payments, contact you about your bookings, meet legal obligations, and improve my services. I only send marketing emails to people who’ve asked for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link. I don’t sell your information.
Who I share it with
Only the services that help me run my practice: Wix (website, bookings and email), Stripe (payments), and similar providers. I may also share information where there’s a serious risk of harm to someone, or where the law requires it.
Overseas storage
Some of these providers store information overseas, including in the United States. I choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed for my services or as the law requires. Then I delete it or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, or ask me to correct it, at any time. If you have a complaint, contact me. I’ll respond promptly and do my best to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
