Assisted Healing Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to all sessions, packages and other services provided by Assisted Healing (ABN 95 627 794 785), operated by Mark Kozanic (“I”, “me”, “my”). By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms. The terms in force at the time of your booking or purchase are the ones that apply to it.

My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your personal information. 

 

What sessions are

Sessions use a mix of conversation, the MAP Method™ and related approaches to help you work through patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that may be holding you back. They are a personal development process. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and do not replace professional care. If you’re currently receiving care, please continue with it. Results vary and can’t be guaranteed. If you’re in crisis, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14, or call 000 in an emergency.

Your responsibilities

You take part at your own pace and can pause or stop at any time. You’re responsible for the decisions you make as a result of your sessions.

 

Booking and payment

  • Sessions are by appointment, booked online. Prices are in Australian dollars.

  • Payment is taken at the time of booking, processed securely by Stripe. My website and bookings run on Wix.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • All sessions, single or part of a package, need at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

  • With less notice, or if you don’t attend, the session fee is not refunded and a package session is counted as used.

  • If something genuinely unexpected comes up, like illness or an emergency, contact me and I’ll do my best to be fair.

  • If I need to cancel, I’ll offer you a new time or a full refund.

 

Packages and promotional codes

Packages have their own terms, shown on each package. They must be used within the stated period and can’t be transferred. Promotional codes apply at the time of purchase only and can’t be combined with other offers.

 

Online sessions

Please find a private, quiet space with a reliable internet connection. If a technical problem on my side stops a session going ahead, I’ll reschedule it at no cost.

 

Clients under 18

  • Sessions with anyone under 18 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian. They must make the booking, accept these terms on the young person’s behalf, provide their contact details, and be contactable during the session.

  • I may decline, pause or end sessions with a young person where I think it’s not suitable.

  • I respect a young person’s privacy, but I may share information with their parent or guardian where it’s in the young person’s welfare, and as the law requires.

 

Confidentiality and privacy

What you share in sessions is confidential. The exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where the law requires disclosure. I only use testimonials or images of clients with your explicit consent.

 

Your rights and these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
